Why Do My Visitors Have To Wear A Wristband?
Can I Check Out Later Than 12:00?

Wristbands show that they have registered and allow them access to our amenities.  Your visitors may be asked to show their wristband. Bands may only be used by person wearing it.

Sure!  Just check with the store clerk for site availability, pay $3.00 each hour up to 3 hours.

*Not available for cabins unless all belongings are removed from cabin by 12:00.

Can I Choose My Site?
Are All Sites The Same Size?

We want you to be happy with your site and will do everything we can to put you on the one you choose.  However, there may be an unforeseen issue with booking so we can’t guarantee any specific sites.

No two sites are the same.  Everyone has different needs and requests.  Our reservation representative can tell you specific details about each site when reserving.
Can I Put Up A Tent Beside My RV?
Can I Put Up A Screened Canopy For My Camping Items and Food?

To ensure our policy that two families may not occupy one site, or the maximum of 7 per site, we allow just your RV on your site.

Families that want to pitch a small kid’s tent please inquire.

Yes. Tent sites and RV sites may put up a screened canopy at their site. Limit is ONE Screened canopy per site.

I Reserved A Campsite But Must Enter The Park Late On One Of The Nights.  Is This Okay?
Why Do My Friends Have To Pay A Visitor Fee?

We realize some of our guests work late shifts and need to join their family after our general store has closed.  Please make sure you inform us of any late arrivals at time of check in.

Visitor fees help cover the extra costs of things like toilet paper, chlorine for the pool, fun prizes from activities, and cleaning our grounds.  They also get to enjoy all of our amenities during their stay!
How Do I Know When And Where the Activities Are Taking Place?
Are There A Lot Of Wild Animals In The Campground?

When you check in at the general store, you are given your “welcome” paperwork that has your activities flyer in it. Your flyer tells you what the theme is for the weekend and where to go to enjoy all the planned activities!

Camping is an outdoor experience. Autumn Lakes sits on 64 acres of woods and pond.  There is a good chance you will encounter geese, ducks, raccoons, skunks, deer, and opossums.  We ask that you respect our beautiful wildlife and simply walk away and not bother an animal that frightens you.
Why Is There A Maximum Of 3 Adults (overnight) Per Site?
Do I Need A Fishing License To Fish In The Pond?

We strive to be as family oriented as possible.  Eliminating a large group of adults overnight on a site lessens the chances of a “party” or TWO families sharing a site overnight.

Since we are privately owned, you do not need a license.  All fishing is catch and release.
What Kind Of Fish Are In The Lake?
Can We Feed The Animals In The Petting Zoo?

We have Blue Gill, Crappie, Catfish, and Bass.  Many are “Fish Ohio” size!

We have healthy snacks for sale in the general store.  However, if you would like to feed our donkey and goats we recommend fruits or vegetables ONLY.
Why Are Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays More Expensive Than Sunday-Thursday?
What If I Forget Some Groceries Or Supplies. Is There a Major Store Close By?

Our themed events, activities, and additional staffing cost us extra money and are all scheduled on Friday nights,   Saturdays, and holiday weekends.

Our general store has a wide variety of necessities, however, Meijer and Kroger are within 20 minutes from us.
How Far Are You From Columbus?
Do I Need A Security Deposit For A Cabin?

We are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Columbus (fairgrounds, Expo Center) and about 40 minutes from the airport.

Rather than take additional money, we use your credit card number at time of reservation if there are any damages to our cabins.
Are There Enough AMP’S For My RV?
Can I Bring Up A Cooler Of Food To The Swimming Pool?

All RV sites have at least 30 AMPS of electric service, plenty for even a big rig.  If you feel you need 50 AMP service, ask if any of the 6 are available when reserving.

We have a beautiful patio with bistro tables specifically for eating and observing in the pool area. No food or drink (except water) may be taken beyond that point.
Can We Bring Our Floats For The Pool?
Can We Swim In The Pond?

For everyone’s safety, we don’t allow any type of float in our swimming pool except for small child/baby rings, arm floaties, and noodles.

For your health and safety we only recommend floating and wading in our pond. Only our swimming pool is treated with the proper chemicals for swimming.
Do All Sites Have WIFI?
Can I Bring In My Own Golf Cart?

WIFI will go out to all overnight sites.  Please be considerate of other users, as large downloads, movies, etc. really slow it down.

Yes, limit one (1) cart per site.  A fee of $1 per day during your stay will be charged
Is There Anywhere Where My Family Can Ride Their Bicycles?
Do You Have Any Specials For A Birthday Party At Our Site?

Bicycles are allowed on our gravel roads and our hiking trails in the back woods.  All trails are marked with clear signage so no one gets lost!

Check out our “Deals And Packages” Tab.  We have packages, specials, and money-saving deals for everyone. *Must purchase at time of reservation.
